This notice covers kramser.app, the website. The apps have their own policies — BIOS’s is at kramser.app/bios/privacy.

What is processed when you visit

To deliver a page to your device, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, the browser identification your device sends, and the amount of data transferred. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). These connection data are not used to identify you and are not combined with other data. You are not obliged to provide any data; without the connection data a page cannot be delivered.

Hosting and processor

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, which processes the connection data above on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection (Art. 45 GDPR); Vercel’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Server logs are kept by Vercel for a short period for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted.

What is not processed

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers or advertising, and has no forms or accounts. Nothing you do on it is recorded by us.

Links to other services

Links to the App Store, to nano-wetter.de, bubbely.com and to publishers’ pages (DOI links) lead to third-party sites with their own privacy terms.

No profiling, no automated decisions

There is no automated decision-making and no profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). For anything concerning this website, write to hello@kramser.xyz.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for us is Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg, Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart — www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
